We are always doing magick all of the time. But as most of us are asleep, most of the time, doing it unconsciously. It is the shift to doing it consciously that is important. Its like if we all talked all of the time but we didn’t know the syntax and semantics of our language. We would either talk nonsense or repeat parrot fashion what is said to us. Well this is what is happening a lot of the time. People need to understand their language so they can understand what they are communicating. This is the ultimate in Self empowerment and Human Sovereignty. Knowing the story you are telling, the myth you are spinning allows you to programme your reality. And if you do not learn the full spectrum of meaning expressed by your language you will instead merely reflect whatever those that do know it back and only help create their desired reality. Understand. Their are those that know this and they enslave many of the sleeping masses by having them dance to their tune ultimately to feed their own ego dominion. If you allow others to write your code, or for the soulless corporate entities they create to write your code, whether their intentions are good or not: You will be a robot. Magick is about being a human artist rather than a mechanised replicator. Co-creators of our experience. Responsible utterly for our here and now. Not victims of circumstance or of acts of god outside of their axis of control – or any other such excuse that serves only to to deny our own innate strength of will. No. Magick allows one to see that reality is programmed and programmable and that we as beings of language are programmers-to-be if we simply make it our business to learn. When we fully realise this truth, the collective humanity will awaken as a being in its own write [sic]. This is how The Unborn One’s were Born.
It is said: It is written. It is. We are ALL still writing. “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'” Matthew 4:4.
By the same mouth, O Mother of the Sun, is the word breathed forth and the nectar received. By the same breath, O Counterweight of the Heart, is the manifest created and destroyed.

Is this connected to quantum physics? That we each have the ability to create our own universe?
Also, I have just watched a talk on yotube by Graham Hancock, have you heard of him? I am guessing that you have. His talk was about the war on consciousness and how we came, as humans, to be consciousness. The theory is that our early ancestors (the ape) took some psychedelic plant and it awakened his consciousness. Anyway, he talks of his experience of a DMT brew made by shamans in the Amazon, and its healing powers, both spiritual and physical. Historically, the drug has been used, although separately, across the world, most notably the Egyptians. They have more to teach us modern men than any materialistic scientist can about, life, death and the after life.
He asked the Shamans in the Amazon why is it that the West is so sick and he says simply, because we have lost our spiritual selves and that for the world to heal, it is imperative that we are to re-connect.
I am so ready for this. Although I am a generally a happy person, I feel there is something missing, and I think this is it. I need to connect to the spiritual, creative and magikal consciousness.
Lots of Love to you and your family

I don’t know if its that we create out own UniVerse so much as it is that we select our UniVerse. Or at least our reality tunnel. Quantum physics is a great way to try and explain some of what happens here for sure. But even more simply everyday we make unconscious decisions about what we choose to pay attention to. Out of the vast (infinite? maybe?) amounts of data that exists around us ready for processing, each individual has a certain amount of biases and expectations that lead them to make a unique selection for themselves. We piece this information together and have an experience that we mistake for Reality. in addition to that there is the collapse of the wave function too. The superposition of possible states being reduced to one given outcome due to the interaction with the observer. It is not possible to discuss the unobserved UniVerse really. I mean we can postulate about reality outside of the observer but all any human being can and ever will know is there only little window into Ultimate Reality – as the mystics, buddhists, hindus and the rest call it. Instead we all walk around in our own little localised reality tunnels thinking that we we experience is the same as our neighbour. Its a wonder that people can get along at all.
Yes I do know of Graham. I saw him speak at a conference recently in Melbourne. He used to be more of an ancient civilisations and alternative histories expert but his studies led him into a study of shamanism and so on where he took the plunge in to direct experience of the rites in South America and now he has taken the role of being probably the most influential speaker for the positive role to be played by psychedelics since Terence McKenna. The theory that you mention is actually the one popularised by Terence McKenna famously and I am extremely familiar with it (I have heard Terence explain it about a 100 different times/ways). The theory is laid down in Terence’s masterpiece ‘Food of The Gods’. I say popularise because his brother Dennis McKenna gave him the idea initially. Graham knows all this and has the upmost respect for both the McKenna brothers. In fact Dennis was the other keynote speaker at the conference with Graham. It was called Origins of Consciousness.
The book that Graham is taking all this from is Supernatural. Its on my shelf but I haven’t read it yet. I think because I am so familiar with the material already. And my book list is soooo long. But yes ayahuasca is a brew made of DMT containing leaves and the ayahuasca vine itself. Which isn’t the DMT but the chemicals which make the DMT orally active. Normally DMT must be smoked or injected and as you know is just about the most powerful psychedelic ever. Its also incredibly safe and found bloomin’ everywhere. Including it being created endogenously. There is a famous book based on a major DMT study called DMT Spirit Molecule where the Dr Rick Strausman postulates that the brain could be releasing endogenous DMT to create mystical human experiences, NDE’s and maybe eve the experience of death itself. My NDE occurred after consuming a huge amount psilocybin mushrooms (legally of course – in holland). Psilocybin is the closest related psychedelic to DMT with just an additional oxygen and phosphate. Basically extremely high doses of mushrooms can be comparable to DMT states.
Anyways ayahuasca has another chemical (an MAO inhibitor) which make DMT orally active. There is a long history of shamanic use of this particular brew. In recent years though the brew has gone global. I actually saw a baby ayahuasca vine earlier today. It has spread all over the world and its very interesting that it is becoming so popular and emerging so strongly at this time. Having amazing people like Graham and Dennis and the like to cheerlead its importance is also a blessing.
Those that take ayahuasca have almost across the board had deeply transformative experiences that have reconnected them with the spirit of the earth and with the plant kingdom and made them champion the importance of our symbiosis with plants. It may of course just be a coincidence that when we are on the brink of extinction because of our desire to see nature as separate and something to be conquered and used suddenly a sacred medicine arises into popular culture at an amazing speed and travels round the globe making people realise how wrong this view of nature is on a fundamental level. It may be a coincidence. Maybe.
I’m barely scratching the surface. This is one of my specialist subjects ๐

I thought this subject you were, at least, familiar to. As you know, I am only on the brink of understanding, which makes me keener than ever to finish this bloody thesis so I can move on to subjects I am really interested in.
I introduced the subject to Dad last night and he seems to be in total agreement, which is very encouraging. I even told him that I am ready to try such a brew! My parents are great, most of the time!
I am also even more looking forward to seeing you so we can have this conversation in person; to absorb the knowledge you have required and so I, too, can pass it on.
Until then, I look forward to your blogs ๐
